Your information stays here.
What we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Effective October 2026.
What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, phone, email, ZIP code, and anything you type into the contact form. If you call, we may keep notes about your doctors, prescriptions and current coverage so we can quote accurately.
How we use it
To call, text or email you back, prepare quotes, and, if you enroll, complete your application with the insurance company you choose. We may contact you about your plan and your rate from time to time, including once a year before renewal.
What we never do
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the insurance company you choose to apply with, and only to process that application and service your policy.
Calls and texts
If you give us your number, a licensed agent may call or text you about Medicare Supplement insurance and Medicare Advantage plans. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us on a call, and we stop.
Website data
This site uses standard server logs and may use basic analytics to count visits. Embedded videos are served by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Downloading a guide requires no information from you.
Your choices
Ask us to stop contacting you at any time by phone or email and we will. Ask what we have on file and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where an insurance regulation requires us to keep an enrollment record.
